SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

We do our best to pack and ship your order within 2 days of receiving your order. We ship via USPS Priority mail which takes about 2-3 days.

We offer an “Even Exchange Policy” on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return gently used or un-opened merchandise with which you are not satisfied for an even exchange only. At that point we will be happy to exchange your purchase for another of equal value.

Securely wrap your item/s and send your package to the address below. AMAZINGCOSMETICS is not responsible for articles lost during transit.

Be sure to include a copy of your Order Confirmation Page with your complete contact information. Please make a note of what you are returning and why and let us know what item/s and shade/s you would like for exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, India, South Korea, Singapore, Brazil, and Mexico. International orders are shipped from the United States and all customers (from the countries listed above) are required to pay their own respective duties, shipping charges, and VAT and/or taxes at time of delivery. International orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Discount codes do not apply to international orders.

Items purchased at retail:
We’re sorry but we cannot accept returns from products purchased at a retail location. These items must be returned to the retailer from which the original purchase was made.
